Ancient ET Contacts and The Spiritual Brotherhood | The Dalai Lama Shares His Thoughts On Extraterrestrial Contact

The Buddhist religion does incorporate a more accurate reflection of the universe than other institutions of thought. It seems out of all the externalized belief systems, this one is already set up for integrating ET contact and interactions with humanity.

The narrative from the documentary Legend of Atlantis claims there are 2 brotherhoods descended on down from Atlantean times, with their roles in Earthly events unified together as the Brotherhood of the Snake. Individually they are known as the Brotherhood of the Yellow Dragon in the East (Buddhism) and the Brotherhood of the Red Dragon in the West (the Vatican), guided by the Masters of Wisdom, to play roles in the ages of men for the evolution of Consciousness.

The New Atlantis | Secret Mysteries of Americas Beginnings & Connections to Atlantis

Two brotherhoods which fight for power, who are actually controlled by a spiritual brotherhood from above. This strongly resembles the Sphere Being or Angelic narrative being put forth by David Wilcock, who sources the bulk of this from the Law of One Series. But there are many other works which describe this idea.

Admittedly when Julian and I first heard of these concepts, we had no understanding of what this could mean, and it seemed like more Cabal propaganda. But after studying other works and contemplating the science of conscious evolution, it seemed to suggest as we fall into the depths of duality and egoism, where brother is pitted against sister, and human against nature, as one people we evolve by playing roles of polarization.

If humanity forgets itself, and the interconnectedness of all things - seeking to be ruled by another due to self imposed incompetence, then must a master rise up to enslave the masses with such cruelty that they seek to gain freedom once again. The Illuminati or Cabal are a product of this process, an effect created by the cause of ignorance. As such, the cure for slavery is not to kill the master, but for the slave to be ruled from within, wherein we recognize the Laws of Nature and honor them with our thoughts, emotions and actions. The masters strength is sourced by the people's mental weakness, an addict of ignorance and fear, therefore bravery and knowledge are kryptonite to these power hungry disillusioned beings.

A passage form the
The Urantia Book, Paper 3: The Attributes of God goes into greater detail explaining this idea of spiritual evolution. This is the basis for the idea that no experience is truly wasted, all things and events serve in the Absolute Plan of creation:
(51.4) 3:5.5 The uncertainties of life and the vicissitudes of existence do not in any manner contradict the concept of the universal sovereignty of God. All evolutionary creature life is beset by certain inevitabilities. Consider the following:
(51.5) 3:5.6 1. Is courage — strength of character — desirable? Then must man be reared in an environment which necessitates grappling with hardships and reacting to disappointments.
(51.6) 3:5.7 2. Is altruism — service of one’s fellows — desirable? Then must life experience provide for encountering situations of social inequality.
(51.7) 3:5.8 3. Is hope — the grandeur of trust — desirable? Then human existence must constantly be confronted with insecurities and recurrent uncertainties.

(51.8) 3:5.9 4. Is faith — the supreme assertion of human thought — desirable? Then must the mind of man find itself in that troublesome predicament where it ever knows less than it can believe.
(51.9) 3:5.10 5. Is the love of truth and the willingness to go wherever it leads, desirable? Then must man grow up in a world where error is present and falsehood always possible.
(51.10) 3:5.11 6. Is idealism — the approaching concept of the divine — desirable? Then must man struggle in an environment of relative goodness and beauty, surroundings stimulative of the irrepressible reach for better things.
(51.11) 3:5.12 7. Is loyalty — devotion to highest duty — desirable? Then must man carry on amid the possibilities of betrayal and desertion. The valor of devotion to duty consists in the implied danger of default.
(51.12) 3:5.13 8. Is unselfishness — the spirit of self-forgetfulness — desirable? Then must mortal man live face to face with the incessant clamoring of an inescapable self for recognition and honor. Man could not dynamically choose the divine life if there were no self-life to forsake. Man could never lay saving hold on righteousness if there were no potential evil to exalt and differentiate the good by contrast.
(51.13) 3:5.14 9. Is pleasure — the satisfaction of happiness — desirable? Then must man live in a world where the alternative of pain and the likelihood of suffering are ever-present experiential possibilities.
(52.1) 3:5.15 Throughout the universe, every unit is regarded as a part of the whole. Survival of the part is dependent on co-operation with the plan and purpose of the whole, the wholehearted desire and perfect willingness to do the Father’s divine will. The only evolutionary world without error (the possibility of unwise judgment) would be a world without free intelligence. In the Havona universe there are a billion perfect worlds with their perfect inhabitants, but evolving man must be fallible if he is to be free. Free and inexperienced intelligence cannot possibly at first be uniformly wise. The possibility of mistaken judgment (evil) becomes sin only when the human will consciously endorses and knowingly embraces a deliberate immoral judgment.
(52.2) 3:5.16 The full appreciation of truth, beauty, and goodness is inherent in the perfection of the divine universe. The inhabitants of the Havona worlds do not require the potential of relative value levels as a choice stimulus; such perfect beings are able to identify and choose the good in the absence of all contrastive and thought-compelling moral situations. But all such perfect beings are, in moral nature and spiritual status, what they are by virtue of the fact of existence. They have experientially earned advancement only within their inherent status. Mortal man earns even his status as an ascension candidate by his own faith and hope. Everything divine which the human mind grasps and the human soul acquires is an experiential attainment; it is a reality of personal experience and is therefore a unique possession in contrast to the inherent goodness and righteousness of the inerrant personalities of Havona.
(52.3) 3:5.17 The creatures of Havona are naturally brave, but they are not courageous in the human sense. They are innately kind and considerate, but hardly altruistic in the human way. They are expectant of a pleasant future, but not hopeful in the exquisite manner of the trusting mortal of the uncertain evolutionary spheres. They have faith in the stability of the universe, but they are utter strangers to that saving faith whereby mortal man climbs from the status of an animal up to the portals of Paradise. They love the truth, but they know nothing of its soul-saving qualities. They are idealists, but they were born that way; they are wholly ignorant of the ecstasy of becoming such by exhilarating choice. They are loyal, but they have never experienced the thrill of wholehearted and intelligent devotion to duty in the face of temptation to default. They are unselfish, but they never gained such levels of experience by the magnificent conquest of a belligerent self. They enjoy pleasure, but they do not comprehend the sweetness of the pleasure escape from the pain potential.
ET groups have been contacting humanity for nearly all of its history, for various purposes. Based on what the Dalai Lama says, it appears that he has an accurate knowledge of some of these Races and how consciousness ascends towards non materialism. Could these "Masters of Wisdom" have contacted Buddhist leaders throughout their history? And have they offered empowerment or enlightenment under the guise of dependency? Admittedly Buddhism is a much more palatable religion, but if it's goal is to spiritualize people, having them become more truly service to others and honorable to all life - its a near total failure. That does not mean there are not things of value within it, but the key line of demarcation is personal empowerment not dogmatic acceptance. This means the people must seek for independence, and not a recipe for spirituality. There have probably been many beings who attempted to offer empowerment to humanity at various times in history.

Padmasambhava was a being who had so called ascended abilities, able to move mountains and shape rock with the mere touch of his hand. Possibly he is one of these highly spiritual beings who offered empowerment. Here is one such imprint of the 6 fingered deity:

I do not know how Buddhism is organized into the grand structural hierarchy on Earth, but I hazard to guess that any organization which has existed this long, must in some way be connected to the Cabal, and the 'old one's' described by Corey Good and David Wilcock. They are hardly the only ones researchers discussing this.

At one point during our time in Morocco we heard a tale of a man who is very influential in the black economy seated in China, going by the name 'the old man,' who apparently has lived for at least 5,000 years, fathering several young looking daughters who are 200 years old.

The Dalai Lama shares his interesting views on what we could do in the event of an extraterrestrial visitor coming to Earth. It’s always interesting to hear somebody with a far reaching voice bring up this topic, as it is a very popular one today. I definitely resonate with what he says, that everything is interconnected, we are all one and we can see everything and everyone else as another facet of ourselves.

It’s not really a spiritual belief anymore that we are all interconnected, modern science is also catching on to this fact. The interconnectedness of all things is a great example of that. Until we are ready to see everyone who lives on Earth like this, we might not be ready to do it with those that reside on worlds beyond our own. Having said that, I do believe we are moving towards contact at an exponential rate and that my generation, and the ones after, have a future ‘in the stars.’
A large majority of people on Earth do not believe that we are alone in the universe and that there is in fact intelligent extraterrestrial life out there. Many also believe that extraterrestrial visitation to planet Earth has been occurring for a very long time. If one furthers their research into the subject, the evidence to support the claim that we have been visited, and are being visited on a daily bases is abundant. Evidence ranges from official documentation from various sources like UFO researchers, governments, three letter agencies and more. Beyond this we have statements made by very high level military and political personnel. Further, we also have many people on planet Earth who claim to have had direct contact with extraterrestrials themselves.
“There is abundant evidence that we are being contacted, that civilizations have been visiting us for a very long time. That their appearance is bizarre from any type of traditional materialistic western point of view. That these visitors use the technologies of consciousness, they use toroids, they use co-rotating magnetic disks for their propulsion systems, that seems to be a common denominator of the UFO phenomenon.” – Dr Brian O’leary, Former NASA Astronaut and Princeton Physics Professor (source)
“Yes there have been crashed craft, and bodies recovered. We are not alone in the universe, they have been coming here for a long time” Apollo 14 Astronaut (source # 1) (source # 2)
“Decades ago, visitors from other planets warned us about the direction we were heading and offered to help. Instead, some of us interpreted their visits as a threat, and decided to shoot first and ask questions after. It is ironic that the US should be fighting monstrously expensive wars, allegedly to bring democracy to those countries, when it itself can no longer claim to be called a democracy when trillions, and I mean thousands of billions of dollars have been spent on black projects which both congress and the commander in chief have been kept deliberately in the dark.” – Paul Hellyer, Former Canadian Defence Minister (source)

Heres what John E Mack had to say about the Dalia Llama's view on extraterrestrial life:
